[Trailer] Paranormal Activity 4

It should come as no shock that we are going to be four films into this franchise; the series is incredibly cheap to make bringing in a healthy profit as a result.

The 3rd installment expanded the mythology of the story by going back to the past and now this one comes back to the present.

From the trailer it looks like we’ll follow a new family with a teenage girl who’ll play the entry point for the audience. This might sound funny but this trailer feels terribly cheap without the authentic feel of the previous films. We’ll see what happens when it hits theaters….

[Trailers] Skyfall 007 James Bond

The international (my personal favorite) and domestic trailers for James Bond’s next outing are out. Either one looks like a massive upgrade over the last entry (Quantum of Solace) convoluted mess of a film.

The plot looks intriguing with Bardem playing a fun villainous role.

[Trailer] Taken 2

Silly Bryan Mills thinking he could take a family vacation without all hell breaking loose….

Trailer for the sequel looks like it’ll continue the ass kicking that started in the first film. Liam looks like he’s ready to go again, can’t wait to see it….

[Trailer] The Bourne Legacy

New full trailer for The Bourne Legacy is out and it looks like the plot will be expanding on the Bourne universe exploring more areas of the entire Treadstone project and fall out.

Looks like it can be surprisingly good even though it was a strange way to keep an actor centric franchise alive, a solid cast always helps…..

[Trailer] Les Miserables

I was a little unsure of what to make of this latest adaptation when I first heard about it. Casting rumors ran wild and thankfully they settled on some impressive names, with an impressive proven director.

This first trailer sure does set the stage for what to expect with Anne Hathaway showing off some impressive vocals to go along with some strong looking sets and visuals…..

[Trailer] The Cabin in the Woods

The long gestating Joss Whedon produced horror project recently got a release date and the trailer has come out.

I’ll admit I only knew a little about the actual film but after watching the trailer I’m a lot more interested than before as it hints to some fun genre bending intrigue.

By the time it hits the screen it’ll be 3 years since it wrapped filming, maybe it’ll be worth the wait.

[Trailer] Immortals

New trailer is out for this film, which is quickly going up my list of must sees. My love for Greek Mythology has been kind of slapped around by recent Hollywood films (Clash of the Titans Remake, Troy, etc…)

This looks like it’s taking the proper approach when dealing with the subject matter. It’s also one of those films I don’t have any issue with the overly stylized visual since it’s perfectly fine with the Gods and mythos.

Trailer shows off a lot more of the Gods in play and overall look of the film.
