Review:
Borat is a masterpiece of comedy. How Sasha Baron Cohen didn't get arrested for doing some of things he does in this film is just beyond my puny imagination. This crazy risk taking in creating this fake documentary about a fake reporter in the very real world is what makes the film an excellent film. Cohen and his crew are the only ones in on this joke and truly tempt fate in a lot of the situation they place themselves in. While a lot of Cohen's creation, Borat, antics are crazy and off the wall some of the really jaw dropping moments in this film are things that real people say in regards to a ton of issues, from terrorist to racism. Cohen's real master stroke is finding the ability to make the anti-semitic female demeaning Borat likeable. Overall this is one of the funniest films I've seen in a long while. A must see!
A+
